Once hailed as “the greatest that never was,” Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt) was a rising Formula 1 star in the 1990s until a devastating crash derailed his career. Three decades later, he’s a drifter in the racing world – until his former teammate, Ruben Cervantes (Javier Bardem), now the owner of a failing F1 team, asks him to return for one final shot at glory.
